I have been looking for this picture for a very long time, good thing someone posted it. This was from the Toonami sketchbook section of the Toonami website which was set up in 2001. The Toonami sketchbook features various artists drawing anime characters in their own style. Among all those pictures which were posted on that section, this was the one that stood out the most. I was laughing out loud when I saw it for the first time.
