Anyway, here I am looking for something to paste on this silly newsletter. Wow time surely flies by quickly. I actually came across a few anime titles I never knew existed. Err.. it was a Ghost Driver!

An Erie County sheriff's deputy who stopped a vehicle for speeding early today in Elma was greeted by an odd sight -- the apparent driver sitting in the back seat.

After investigating the incident, Deputy Kristin Rozycki determined that the driver had climbed into the back seat in an attempt to claim he wasn't driving, according to police reports.

Michael G. Spagnola, 38, of Colden, who later admitted that he was the driver, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Police reports indicated that he recorded a blood-alcohol reading of 0.12 percent.

The traffic stop was made at Jamison and Girdle roads at about 1:50 a.m.

Here's a question

This was actually brought up by Keith during one of our pilgrimages, If you had the opportunity to own one of the infinity gems from the Marvel Universe (which will officially owned by Disney pretty soon) which one will you get and what will you do with it? Below I placed descriptions of each stone and their abilities.

Space

Allows the user to exist in any location (or all locations), move any object anywhere throughout the universe and warp or rearrange space.

Mind

Allows the user to boost mental power and access the thoughts and dreams of other beings. Backed by the Power Gem, the Mind Gem can access all minds in existence simultaneously.

Soul

This gem is sentient and allows the user to steal, manipulate and alter souls, living or dead. The gem is the gateway to an idyllic pocket-universe.

Reality

Allows the user to fulfill wishes, even if the wish is in direct contradiction with scientific laws.

Time

Allows the user total control over the past, present and future. Allows time travel, can age and deage beings and also be used as a weapon by trapping enemies or entire worlds in unending loops of time.

Power

Accesses all power and energy that ever has or will exist, and can back the other gems and boost their effects. Allows the user to duplicate almost any physical superhuman ability and become invincible.

And there is actually a seventh gem, and if you collect them all a dragon will come out and grant your wish!! Uhh.. nope, wrong story.

Ego

(GOLD COLOR)

The seventh gem. It contains the consciousness of the cosmic entity Nemesis, which when united with the other gems reforms the character. This gem is found in the Ultraverse when the Asgardian god Loki attempts to steal the other gems.

Knowing us, we never come up with serious answers. Here is some of the answers we came up with:

• I would have the Time gem and use it para humaba tulog ko bago ako pumasok sa work.
• I would use the Time gem para di ako ma late sa trabaho.
• I would choose the Power gem, tapos punta ako sa arcade at maglalaro ng Wangan Midnight! (and lose)
• I would choose the Space gem para pag masikip sa Jeep madali ako makakateleport palabas pag bababa na ako.
• I would use the Mind gem para maka 10% discount ako sa divisoria.

There were actually a lot more I just cannot remember the others, but we were having a heck of a time while thinking of these things. 

Disney Acquires Marvel

On December 31, 2009, The Walt Disney Company acquired Marvel Entertainment, Inc. for $4.24 billion. It has been a Limited Liability Company (LLC) since then. Disney has stated that their acquisition of the company will not affect Marvel's products, neither will the nature of any Marvel characters be transformed.

It is confirmed that Disney acquired Marvel, will we see stuff like this?

Upon passing on the message, Armstrong also gives Ed a letter of introduction to pass onto General Major Armstrong, his sister. Later on, Ed and Al meet Bradley's adopted son, Selim, and are invited to his house where they also meet Bradley's wife and are later joined by Bradley himself. After the meeting, Ed and Al head off towards the North. Meanwhile, Scar and his accomplice escape from the train heading West, and Kimblee tries to predict his next move.

Lupin III vs Detective Conan

 I was actually surprised when I found this title.

In a country called Vesparand, a new mineral with super stealth properties has been discovered which attracts Lupin's attention. At the same time the untimely deaths of Queen Sakura and her son, Prince Gill leave Princess Mira next in succession to the throne. During a trip to Japan, Princess Mira finds her double in Ran and takes the opportunity to trade places, which ends with Ran being spirited away to Vesparand with Conan, Zenigata, Kogo Mouri, Lupin and Fujiko in tow. There they meet a waiting Jigen and solve the mystery of the deaths of the Queen and Prince.

Spice and Wolf (Season 1 and 2)

Kraft Lawrence, a 25 year old peddler travelling from town to town selling and buying various things to make a living during a period much like Europe in the Middle Ages. One night when stopped at the town of Pasroe, he finds in his wagon a 250 year old pagan wolf deity girl named Holo. She appears to be that of a 15 year old girl, except for a wolf tail and ears. She introduces herself as the town's goddess of harvest who has kept it blessed with good harvests of wheat for many years. Despite having the responsibility to watch over the town, she wants to go back to her homeland in the north called Yoitsu, she believes the people have already forsaken her anyway and that she has kept her promise to maintain the good harvests. She manages to bargain her way out of the village by making a deal with Lawrence to take her with him. As they travel, her wisdom helps increase his profits, but at the same time, her true nature draws unwanted attention from the church.

Nurse Witch Komugi-Chan Magikarte Z

Magical Nurse Komugi has return for a final show down with her enemy, Magical Maid Koyori. This time, Magical Maid Koyori was able to spread the virus through out the world with Komugi total defeat.

Tentai Senshi Sunred

You'll want to join the bad guys once you see this show.

Tentai Senshi Sunred is a powerful, battle tested hero of many years. He has sold his super bike, which is seen in the opening credits. Now he smokes a lot, is effectively unemployed, and lives by the grace of his girlfriend, Kayoko Uchida. His arch enemies in the Evil Florsheim Army are still trying to take over the world. Under the direction of their local leader, Vamp, they help members of the community, run a cooking show, assist Kayoko Uchida whenever possible, and try to attack the ever powerful Sunred. All in all, a light parody of the Japanese hero genre.
